We built our flagship software, PhotoLibrarian, specifically to free users from cloud lock-in and mandatory data harvesting. This policy outlines our strict "local-first" approach to your data, both within our software and on our website.

The PhotoLibrarian Application

When you purchase and use PhotoLibrarian, your data remains yours.

• Zero Background Telemetry: PhotoLibrarian does not track your usage habits, click patterns, or feature usage. We do not embed analytics trackers or "phone home" with your behavioral data.

• 100% Local Processing: All Intelligent Culling, metadata scanning, and image analysis (including face and subject detection) are performed entirely on-device using your Mac's Neural Engine. Your images, catalogs, and metadata are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud for processing.

• Your Files Stay Put: The application interacts with your local drives, network-attached storage (NAS), and existing cloud provider folders strictly on your machine. We have no access to your file system or your visual archive.

We only collect information that you directly and voluntarily provide to us through our website, specifically to facilitate business operations:
